Words of the Wise
We can each define ambition and progress for ourselves. The goal is to work toward a world where expectations are not set by the stereotypes that hold us back, but by our personal passion, talents, and interests.

Meet Brandon Fillinger, Owner of Reformation GC
Hey, I’m Brandon Fillinger—owner of Reformation General Contracting. I want to give you a quick look into where I come from and what my company stands for.
I grew up around construction. My dad ran a roofing business, and from a young age, I was tagging along with him and my brother, helping however I could. I wasn’t swinging a hammer, but I was hauling shingles, cleaning job sites, and soaking in what it takes to earn a client’s trust. That work ethic stuck with me.
In 2005, after Hurricane Katrina, my dad and I went down to Louisiana to help. That trip opened my eyes—not just to the devastation, but to the real impact this industry can have when it’s done with heart. I learned how to navigate insurance claims, talk to homeowners in crisis, and show up with integrity when people need it most. That was when I realized construction isn’t only about materials—it’s about people.
Roofing was my foundation, where I built my reputation. But I’ve always had a hand in remodeling and design—layouts, function, flow. Over the last few years, I made it official. Reformation now offers full-service remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions—if it’s part of a home, we bring it to life.
I take pride in how we operate: clear communication, honest advice, and craftsmanship that lasts. Whether we’re fixing a roof or transforming an entire space, I bring the same mindset—care about the details, respect the client, and stand behind the work.
Thanks for taking a moment to hear my story. I’m looking forward to what we can build together.
