Install the connections carefully
Coordinate valleys, walls, chimneys, penetrations and flashing. Review ventilation needs as part of the assembly, then install the roofing and finish details.
Clean up & review
Remove project debris, perform the appropriate cleanup and magnetic sweep, and review the completed work with applicable care and warranty information.

Do you offer a free roof inspection?
Yes. Start by sharing your address and what you’ve noticed. We assess accessible roof conditions, document findings and discuss whether repair, replacement or monitoring is the appropriate next step. Access and weather affect how an inspection can be carried out safely.
Does a leak mean I need a new roof?
Not necessarily. A localized issue may be repairable. We look at the source of water entry, the condition of the surrounding roof and the extent of deterioration before recommending a scope.
How much will roofing work cost?
Roof area, slope, access, material choice, tear-off, flashing and decking conditions all affect the price. We prepare project-specific pricing after assessment and measurements rather than publish a range that may not fit your roof.
What happens if damaged decking is found during tear-off?
Some conditions are concealed until existing materials are removed. The proposal should explain how potential decking repairs are handled. If additional work is needed, we document the finding and discuss the scope and cost before proceeding with that added work.
Can you help after wind or hail damage?
We can assess visible conditions, document findings and prepare a repair or replacement scope. If you open a claim, we can provide project documentation. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy; an inspection does not guarantee a covered loss.
Can you tarp a damaged roof?
Temporary tarp service is available. Call to discuss the damage and availability; timing depends on weather, access and safe working conditions. Tarping is temporary protection, with a permanent repair plan still needed.
What warranty will my roof have?
Product warranties and workmanship terms depend on the selected materials and agreement. We explain the applicable coverage, exclusions and any registration requirements for your project.
How long will the work take?
Repair and replacement schedules depend on roof size and complexity, material availability, weather and any concealed repairs. We discuss the anticipated sequence and timing for your specific roof.
