Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 10, 2026
Reformation General Contracting LLC (“Reformation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates reformationgc.com. This policy explains how information is collected and used through our website and when you contact us about a project.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, project city and ZIP code, property address, project type, budget range, desired timeline, and project description. We also receive information you provide in follow-up conversations or correspondence.
Provide the details needed to discuss your project. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry form.
Information collected through the website
Our website and its service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, and the time of a visit. Cookies and similar technologies may help the website operate, remember privacy choices, measure visits, and understand advertising results.
Our home-addition inquiry page can attach information about how a visitor arrived, such as campaign parameters, an advertising click identifier when permitted by the visitor’s choices, a landing-page address, a timestamp, consent choices, and a randomly generated inquiry identifier. These details help us understand the source of inquiries. The custom tracking on that page does not deliberately copy your entered name, email, telephone number, property address, or project description into analytics event parameters or page URLs.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to review your project, determine whether its location and scope fit our services, respond to you, discuss possible next steps, and maintain business records. Website inquiries are received by email, and we will also store them in Google Drive for project review and business records. Website information also helps operate and protect the site, prevent spam, troubleshoot problems, and understand website and advertising performance.
We do not use inquiry contact information for newsletters, promotional emails, or marketing texts. Our response to a project inquiry and our website advertising measurement are separate from promotional use of your contact information.
You can submit a project inquiry without accepting optional analytics or marketing cookies. Sending an inquiry allows us to respond to that inquiry; it is separate from your website cookie choices.
Service providers and disclosures
We do not sell leads or share inquiry details with subcontractors, designers, or marketing agencies. This does not prevent the service-provider processing described below or the limited disclosures described in this policy.
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes website and native form information. Google Workspace/Gmail handles our business email, and Google Drive stores inquiry information for project review and business records. These providers process information to provide their services. The Home Additions — Google Ads form sends its notification to brandon@reformationgc.com.
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for website and advertising measurement. Google’s services may receive technical, consent, visit, campaign, and conversion information as described in this policy and subject to the configured controls. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse protection.
Some project-gallery pages use CompanyCam to display project content. When that content loads, the provider may receive connection and device information needed to deliver it. The website also contains links to outside services, including social-media platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation or to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or the protection of rights.
See the providers’ notices for their own processing practices: Squarespace Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from websites using its services, and CompanyCam Privacy Notice.
Cookies and your choices
The cookie controls let you Accept all, Decline all, or Manage cookies. Necessary cookies support functions such as security and remembering your choices. Performance and analytics cookies help measure website use. Marketing cookies support advertising measurement.
Optional Google storage is denied until an applicable choice is saved. The performance choice controls Google analytics storage. The marketing choice controls Google advertising storage and advertising-measurement data. Our Google configuration keeps personalized advertising signals disabled.
We use Google’s advanced Consent Mode. Google may receive limited measurements without cookies before you make a choice or accept optional cookies, and after you decline or withdraw optional consent. These measurements can include consent status, basic visit information and technical request information. “Decline all” declines optional cookies; it does not prevent every request or measurement from reaching Google. Cookieless measurement does not necessarily mean that the information is anonymous.
For the custom home-addition inquiry measurement, an analytics-only choice permits a confirmed inquiry to be measured in Google Analytics, and a marketing-only choice permits it to be measured in Google Ads. Neither requires acceptance of the other category. Accepting both permits both measurements; accepting neither permits neither custom inquiry measurement. These inquiry measurements require confirmed submission and the relevant consent. Changing your choice later does not retroactively measure an earlier inquiry. These limits on custom inquiry measurement are separate from the cookieless visit and consent measurements described above.
Use Manage cookies in the site’s cookie-preference control to change your choices. Changes apply to future activity and do not undo information already processed. Cookie preferences are specific to a browser/device and may need to be set again after cookies expire or are cleared. Your browser settings can also block or remove cookies; doing so may affect website features.
Telephone calls
We do not record calls. If you allow marketing cookies and reach the website through an eligible Google advertisement, Google may replace a displayed number with a forwarding number to measure advertising-related calls. Call measurement may include details such as call time, duration, connection status, and caller information made available by the service. This is separate from recording the conversation. You can also contact us directly at (614) 787-0866.
Retention
We retain inquiries and related correspondence while needed to review and respond to requests, maintain business or project records, and address applicable legal obligations or disputes. Retention may vary with the nature of the inquiry or project. You may contact us to ask about information we hold or request deletion; some records may need to be retained for an ongoing project or other applicable obligation. Our service providers may apply their own retention practices to information they process.
Privacy requests and contact
You may contact us to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need enough information to verify and locate a request before responding.
